Mark Nash began his lending career in 1998, developing a foundation in loan origination, processing and underwriting. In 2003, he expanded into commercial real estate finance, structuring capital for multifamily, office, retail, industrial and other commercial assets.
In 2007, Mark founded MDN Capital Consulting as a nationwide commercial real estate finance advisory firm. Under his leadership, the company developed a broad network of private lenders, debt funds, family offices and institutional capital providers.
Across his career, Mark has facilitated more than $1 billion in financing transactions. His experience includes senior debt, bridge financing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, joint ventures and both residential and commercial private credit.
